Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for physical goods. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return on a physical item, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

At eTVpro, we value your satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase from us.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

1.1. Refunds will only be considered for customers who have made a payment for our services.

1.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request within the specified timeframe, as detailed in section 2 below.

1.3. Refunds will not be issued for any subscription or purchase that has been used in violation of our terms and conditions.

1.4 Once subscription information has been provided to the client, there are no refunds available.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests:

2.1. Subscription Refunds: Refund requests for IPTV subscriptions should be made within 24 hours of purchase

2.2. Equipment Refunds: Refund requests for any associated equipment or devices should be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services:

3.1. Activation Fees: Activation fees are non-refundable.

3.2. Refunds for subscriptions or equipment will not be considered for any usage period beyond the specified refund request timeframe (as detailed in section 2).

4. How to Request a Refund:

4.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or our designated support channels, providing your order details, including order number and date of purchase.

4.2. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your request.

5. Refund Process:

5.1. Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Refund Exceptions:

6.1. No refunds will be issued for payments made for services used in violation of our terms and conditions.

6.2. Refunds will not be provided for cases where customers have changed their minds or no longer wish to use our services.

7. Disputed Payments:

7.1. If you believe that a payment made to eTVpro was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy:

8.1. eTVpro reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Technical Issues & Service Availability

9.1. IPTV services rely on third-party servers and internet connectivity. As a result, occasional buffering, temporary channel outages, audio/video delays, or intermittent disruptions may occur. These issues are normal for IPTV technology and do not qualify for a refund.

9.2. Channel availability can change at any time. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific channel, stream, event, programme, or category.

9.3. Temporary technical issues do not entitle customers to refunds, credits, compensation, extensions, or partial refunds.

9.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device. Performance issues caused by the customer’s device, TV, Firestick, home network, or internet provider are not grounds for refunds.

9.5. While we make every effort to restore any affected channels promptly, we do not offer compensation for downtime or for missed live events.

10. No Compensation for Missed Live Programmes

10.1. We do not offer compensation, refunds, extensions, or credits for missed live programmes, sports events, or broadcasts.

10.2. Our service does not include catch-up, recording, playback, or saved-programme features. Missing a programme due to unavailability or delay does not qualify for a refund or compensation.

11. Features Not Included

11.1. This service does not include:recorded TV channelscatch-up TVplayback or time-shift functionsstorage of live programmes

11.2. Expectations regarding these features cannot be used as grounds for refunds or disputes.

12. Fair Use & Third-Party Providers

12.1. As IPTV relies on third-party content sources, we do not own or control channel streams. Service interruptions caused by third parties are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

12.2. Customers acknowledge that the IPTV service is delivered “as available,” and performance may vary depending on network conditions and third-party sources.
